Spring Wine is part of a range called Seasons. It represents each season of the year expressed in a wine.
We know how important the seasons are for the vine and this was how we found it to say hello to spring and all its grace and charm.
We present an open-colored Rosé following a well-known style from Provence. Very fruity but with intense presence here we have a beautiful game of a Rosé that is playful but that also knows the depths of life.

Bright and crystalline salmon
Intensely displays primary aromas of red cherry, strawberries, red currant and blackberries with a floral touch of violet and roses.
This Rosé is intense in the mouth, proving the sensation of the nose. The balanced acidity gives a pleasant sensation of freshness to the wine, mixed with the fruitiness of the primary described above on the nose. Here we have a fruity pink with a long finish.
Of course, the Spring Rosé can be drunk alone in a good conversation. However, it also goes well with light foods such as Green Salads, Sushi, Fresh Cheese and Seafood.

Free sandy granitic soil responsible for the minerality and structured acidity that potentiates the concentration of aromas and flavors and thus the aging in the bottle.
In 2020, the vineyard is about 15 years old.
The grapes were harvested by hand with a meticulous selection to guarantee the extreme quality of the final result.
The must was fermented with selected yeasts to preserve primary aromas and the profile of this wine. Fermentation took place in stainless steel with temperature control (low).
The main grape varieties are Padeiro and Espadeiro. The skin contact was short of a few hours. This to obtain a clear and attractive color.
The aging took place in stainless steel for 6 months before bottling.
Our labels are produced in partnership between Lívia Novais and the artist Wendel Reis, together they seek to read the message from inside the bottle to outside, the Spring Wine label comes in combination with the birth of a wine and the synergy with Spring. “I wanted to bring all the delicacy and diversity of spring to this wine, thus creating this feminine image that manages to marry the feminine, beauty and strength in a single message, something that makes a lot of sense to me and is certainly one of our most expressive labels ” Livia Novais
